Super endroit! - Mccormick Ranch Condo dans les villages

Très bien situé à Scottsdale! 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain avec tous les conforts de la maison. Chambre a un lit queen size confortable, beaucoup d'espace placard / commode, et des portes coulissantes sur le balcon. La salle de bain a un combo baignoire / douche et des toilettes qui sont séparées par une porte de la zone de meuble lavabo double.
Le salon a des hauts plafonds avec des meubles confortables, une télévision à écran plat de 48 'et des portes coulissantes sur le balcon.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose d'un petit balcon à l'avant de la propriété.

L'unité dispose également d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse empilables.

Le balcon donne sur la piscine et la ceinture de verdure et est meublé avec une table de bistrot et des chaises pour que vous puissiez profiter de la belle nature.

Le complexe de style complexe dispose de 6 piscines chauffées, de SPAS, de 8 courts de tennis et de barbecues à gaz près de la piscine.

Le complexe est idéalement situé et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité, épiceries, magasins, banques, médecins, etc. L'HÔPITAL SCOTTSDALE MEMORIAL est à 800 mètres et le MAYO CLINIC à 3 miles.

Il y a un espace de stationnement couvert pour le condo ainsi que beaucoup de parking.

The most relaxing stay I have had in awhile

I really needed to get away and actually had to work in the area. I have never had a more pleasant relaxing stay except for maybe in Hawaii. There are 5 pools and pickleball/tennis courts for leisure. The apartment itself was a lot bigger than I expected and outfitted with everything you need. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Thanks again!

Very Nice Place in Scottsdale

I really enjoyed my one month stay at this apartment. The place is in a great location, is quiet at night, and is very comfortable and nicely furnished. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and a great pathway for going on a long walk. I recommend it and will likely stay here again.

Comfortable 1b with a nice view

This 1b / 1b condo was very comfortable for a 4 week stay for two people. The balcony in back was a great place to hang out and it has a very nice view of the pool and common area. The pool was heated and also very nice. My wife cleans houses so she’s picky when it comes to cleanliness. She would have liked to see it a little cleaner, but there wasn’t a major issue and it was probably average for a short term rental. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious, well-located apartment in the heart of North Scottsdale

Very clean, owner easy to work with, automated checkin/out, great location with many attractions/restaurants within walking distance. Apartment is relatively spacious for a 1-bedroom with vaulted ceilings. 6 pools and hot tubs. Lots of trees on property.

Perfect in every way!

My month-long stay in Michelle's condo was perfect from start to finish. The condo is beautifully furnished and fully appointed. The complex is wonderful and very quiet. I met many nice people sitting by the pool. You are close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee and any other amenity you might need. I cannot say enough about this outstanding condo and 100 percent would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Michelle, for everything! I hope to return soon!

Very Nice Condo and Location

The condo is spacious with vaulted ceilings. Furnishings are quality and in perfect condition. Even the kitchenware is top quality. The owner has thought of every little amenity you might need. The complex is quiet with a nice green belt. The balcony has a patio set with a wonderful view overlooking the pool. I wish the weather was cooler during my stay to be able to use it. Michelle was very communicative and even advised me of construction activity.

Stellar Stay

Michelle’s condo was perfect! The location was perfect, everything was no more than a 30 minute drive. The community was beautiful and well kept and the people were extremely nice. Michelle was very kind and quick to help us with anything! You couldn’t find a better spot to stay in my opinion. My fiancé and I definitely will keep Michelle’s condo on our minds for any and all future visits.

Great location.

This was the perfect location, as I was purchasing a home and was waiting for escrow to close. The condo was bigger than I expected and included all amenities that k needed. The area is great and I walked most mornings to the local park. I would recommend this home and host.

Mccormick Ranch does it again

Nice 1 bedroom condo with high ceilings and larger-than-normal rooms centrally located near Via Linda and the 101. Very easy access to many activities including Barrett-Jackson, Salt River Fields, Scottsdale stadium and downtown. Nice pool and hot tub. Plenty of open parking as well as one dedicated covered spot. Pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. I would stay here again next year but it is already unavailable.

Awesome condo in McCormick Ranch

I loved my stay at this condo. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Central Scottsdale with the best restaurants within a mile or two. It’s so conveniently located between Old Town and Kierland! The bed was very comfortable and the overall condo very nice! The neighbors were great and it was very quiet. The pool and BBQ area just steps away from the condo and many tennis courts throughout the complex. I highly recommend this condo. You will not find a better place for the price and location. I will be back!

Nice location. Good proximity to the nice pool. Air Conditioner is so loud we had to keep turning the TV volume up and down, up and down to hear it, and the A/C cycles on and off frequently. The place has only 3 teaspoons,. Better bring your own toilet paper and plunger.

If you’re looking for fancy luxurious accommodations, maybe keep looking. But if you want spotlessly clean, everything you need including washer/drier, recently upgraded, and convenient to shopping and attractions, this is your place. Condo overlooks the pool with a pretty balcony. Friendly neighbors, comfy bed, great water pressure, excellent communication with owner, clear tv instructions. Very quiet Can’t ask for more. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Excellent location and unit with a few flaws!

For the most part we enjoyed our stay in this unit. Positives: quite clean, excellent deck, fairly comfortable bed, nice bedding, nicely decorated, nice pool area, quiet, and the owner responded quickly to questions or concerns by way of emails. Negatives: kitchen was lacking a few basic items, only one face cloth, owner didn’t address a few concerns brought to her attention. We appreciated that this condo complex is centrally located to so many amenities.

Cozy Condo in Great Location

I spent a month here during my relocation from NJ. The condo is roomy for a one- bedroom and had everything I needed to make it my home during my stay. Downstairs neighbors were super friendly and helpful!

Perfect place to spend long-term

I was in this condo a month - nicely furnished and as advertised. Pool is right outside downstairs, bed is comfy and bedroom dark. For a one-bedroom, this feels roomy and cozy, and I made myself at home quickly...easy relationship with owner, too. The complex overall is quiet, and I heard little or no neighbor noise; a good thing for me because I worked a fair amount of time while there. Highly recommend this property.

Great Condo in Scottsdale

Thanks Michelle for your lovely condo for the month while I settled into my recent relocation from out of state. The condo is conveniently located near the 101 and close to groceries, gym and other amenities. Renting for the month allowed me to really take my time to decide where to live in the area. The unit was comfortable, clean, fully stocked with everything I could need.

Great place for the price. Location is ideal.

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities are as shown and the property location was great for us. You can walk to many things and you are right around the corner from the 101 so you can drive quickly in any direction. The proximity to the green belt is also a big plus.

Great place to stay!

The condo was clean and neat. It looked newly renovated and had a lot more space than I was expecting. The bed was really comfortable and all of the appliances were new, nice, and functioned perfectly. The pool is very close which is also a bonus! Having moved around quite a bit for school and work, I have had to deal with a lot of landlords. The owner of this condo is by far the most accomodating. She was very responsive every time we had a question about the condo or the area in general and if we ever needed help with anything (wifi, etc.), she usually got it done that day! My wife and I really enjoyed our experience here and we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have lived in Scottsdale for 35 years and raised our family here. We wouldn't dream of living anywhere else! We love all the amenities of Scottsdale and the beautiful climate. We are very active and enjoy golfing, hiking, and biking, all of which are plentiful in Scottsdale!
