The property is a duplex home, thoughtfully divided into two separate residences. Youâll be staying in Unit 1, which has its own private entrance, private fully fenced backyard, exclusive garage, and private living spaces â nothing inside the home is shared. The only shared area is the driveway, which offers smooth access to your garage and front door. Youâll have your own designated space, and weâve made sure your comfort and seclusion are never compromised. Looking for more space? Travelling with extended family or a larger group? The second unit next door (Unit 2) can also be booked â ideal for those who want to stay close but with their own space. Enquire with us directly to check availability for both duplexes as a bundle.
Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we donât have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
†A quick photo ID verification before arrival
†A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkoutâas long as everythingâs left in good shape (which it usually is!).

Youâll have access to your own secure garage, and there is additional street parking available. Please take care not to park on yellow lines and never block driveways (including your own or the neighbourâs). Council rules are strict, and we want to avoid any issues during your stay.
