Welcome to our spacious, cozy, and completely private family villa in Da Nang – the ideal choice for groups of 10–12 people gathering together for a comfortable, relaxing stay, especially families with young children!
This is a fully separate 5-story house exclusively for our guests (entire home – no sharing with the host), featuring modern design and high-end amenities. It is located just 790m from the beautiful My Khe Beach (approximately 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes by car) , in a quiet, airy residential area – perfect for families with small children, elderly guests, or groups of friends and relatives traveling for leisure, vacation, or business.

Important Notes
We are delighted to welcome you to our home. This space is designed specifically and prioritized for families, groups of relatives, and friends traveling together for leisure, vacation, or business.
To maintain a healthy, safe, and comfortable environment for everyone, the house is not suitable and does not accept guests with the following purposes:
Engaging in or organizing prostitution-related activities (including inviting sex workers, call girls, or any form of commercial sex services, even temporarily);
Short-term stays for the purpose of purchasing sex or commercial sexual activities in Vietnam;
Participating in “dark tourism” or other unhealthy tourism activities;
Using, possessing, or trading narcotics, drugs, or addictive substances;
Bringing or using dangerous weapons;
Organizing gambling, betting, or any other illegal activities.

We closely monitor activities at the accommodation and reserve the right to immediately cancel the booking without refund and report to the authorities if any violations are detected (in full Vietnamese law).
We aim to provide a positive, civilized, and peaceful resting space for all guests. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the environment safe and healthy!

Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in: From 14:00 onward (earlier possible if the house is ready – please contact us in advance).
Check-out: Before 12:00 noon.

Late Check-out Fees (if you wish to stay longer):
Check-out between 12:00 – 17:00: 50% of one night's rate.
Check-out after 17:00: 100% of one night's rate (equivalent to booking an extra night).

Please notify us in advance if you need late check-out so we can arrange accordingly (subject to the next booking status).

Mandatory Temporary Residence Registration per Vietnamese Law
Under Vietnamese temporary residence regulations, we will assist you (free of charge) in registering with the local police:
Guests with a visa: Please send clear photos of the passport bio page and visa page at least 1 day before check-in.
Visa-exempt guests: Please send a clear photo of the passport bio page at least 1 day before check-in, and a photo of the entry stamp page within 1 day after check-in.

Providing information on time is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in fines under local regulations. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure smooth procedures!

Notes During Your Stay
The house does not include daily cleaning service (to protect privacy and keep costs down). Please keep common areas clean yourself (take out trash, wash dishes after use, wipe floors if needed).
We provide full sets of bath and face towels (2 bath + 2 face towels per adult, 1 set per child).
Please wash and reuse towels yourself (our latest Samsung AI Combo Heatpump Inverter washer-dryer is available free of charge – details in the amenities section).
Before check-out, please leave the house tidy, wash dishes clean, and dispose of trash properly. Our professional deep-cleaning team will handle everything after you leave.

Other House Rules
No smoking inside the house or bedrooms
No unregistered overnight guests – only the number registered with the host.
No pets
Quiet hours after 22:00 to respect the neighborhood.

Strictly prohibited – illegal and unhealthy activities, including:

Use, possession, or trade of drugs or narcotics.

About the neighborhood & noise (please read):
Our home sits in one of the quieter residential pockets of Mỹ Khê – Sơn Trà, surrounded by calm, educated neighbors (mostly professionals & officials). Days & evenings are peaceful overall.
The only occasional noise is a local eatery across the back road, with small gatherings ~8–11 PM (music & voices may be audible inside even with doors closed). It’s not every night & typical for this beach area.
Light sleepers: please bring earplugs (we can provide some). Thanks for understanding!
