This beautifully appointed oceanfront home offers stairs directly to the beach and access to a shared oceanfront pool in the Kingfisher lot next door from the balcony. Located right beside the Garden City Pier, youâre steps from fishing, refreshments, a classic seaside arcade, and more.
Enjoy stunning ocean views from two spacious decks, one on each level, with sunrise mornings and glowing Pier lights at night. The open floor plan allows you to see the ocean from every room, creating a coastal escape. Inside, the home features a fully renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances, three updated bathrooms, and comfortable living and dining spaces designed for relaxation. The family-friendly layout includes a king primary suite downstairs, a second bedroom with a queen and bunk, and an upstairs private queen suite plus a loft with a twin daybed and trundle. With generous outdoor living space, parking for two cars (one assigned covered and one uncovered), and an oceanfront pool just steps away, this is a comfortable, classic beach retreat with features that are hard to match!

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, youâll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option.
