The apartment is located in Garda Resort Village, which is probably the most complete resort at Lake Garda.
In addition to spacious apartments distributed over 180.000 mq2 of total area, there are many facilities, such as large swimming pools and a large sports area with restaurant - pizzeria and bar.
The resort is located in a strategic position very close to the A4 highway, which connects Milan and Venice, making a visit to the major Italian cities easy.
Peschiera del Garda is only 1,5 km away, while the distance to Sirmione is 3km.

Located on the first or second floor the apartment has one double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The living room has a modern well equipped incorporated kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed ideal for accommodating one adult or two kids. All our apartments have TV, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and oven or microwave. This type of apartment also has dishwasher. All apartments are equipped with air-condition and heating system in all rooms. The apartment has a spacious balcony/terrace or loggia with table, chairs and barbecue overlooking the pool. Garda Resort Village has two large swimming pools immersed in a huge park, so you can improve your swimming skills.
There are also sport fields such as tennis, padel, football, beachvolley and petang; a 50m long Olympic swimming pool and for the little ones there is a playground and a baby pool.
In the Sporting club there is a restaurant - pizzeria and bar. Inside the resort there is also a mini market.

Garda resort Village has the largest swimming pools you have ever seen. While in the Sporting Club you will have a 50m Olympic swimming pool, baby pool, tennis courts, padel, football, beachvolley, petang and a children's playground.
There is also the pizzeria restaurant which will welcome you for lunch and dinner, and the bar which offers breakfast in the morning or delicious aperitifs and drinks in the evening.

The resort is very safe, since only one road is accessible by car. Most of the internal streets are pedestrian or cycle paths.

The nearest beach is about 600 m away and can be reached on foot.

The center of San Benedetto with restaurants and supermarkets is about 800m away.
