The modern, updated, and clean kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. The whole home is on one level with the primary bedrrom on one side and the two additional bedrooms on the other.

Stairs lead to an elevated and screened gazebo with a dining table and ample seating all overlooking the green. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and phenomenal golf course views, providing a tranquil setting for relaxation.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy private access to the entire home, including a spacious, comfortable living area and a relaxing backyard perfect for unwinding. Entry is simple and secure with a convenient smart-lock on the front door. Parking is available in the driveway, which can accommodate a max of 3 vehicles per Seabrook Parking Requirements.



⛳️ AMENITY CARDS (Included): These offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island Beach Club, Dining Club, Tennis, Pickleball and Award-Winning Golf. Greens fees, dining charges, fitness classes, and other additional fees, will be charged to the amenity card and are your responsibility. Please contact the Seabrook Island Club for any additional questions related to the amenity cards



🚘 ISLAND ACCESS: Gate Passes are managed by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association. This is an additional fee per vehicle at a maximum of 3. They will need the information on each car at least 1 week prior to your arrival. Renting a Golf Cart is available through Lightning Bugz. Keep in mind LSVs count towards the total vehicle allowance.
