It's tastefully decorated and offers a calm place to unwind. The living room has plenty of seating and a large TV, making it a great spot to gather after a day at the beach. There is also a dedicated desk area for anyone who needs to work while away. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. A dining table provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals at home. For convenience, the unit includes a stackable washer and dryer. Guests can enjoy two outdoor spaces: an enclosed patio with seating for four and a deck overlooking the pond with seating for two—both perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or an evening drink. Ocean Village is located right on the dunes, and this unit is about a 5–10 minute walk to the beach access. The community offers a long list of amenities, including several swimming pools, private beach access, a par-3 golf course, tennis courts, pickleball, a fitness center, an on-site oceanfront restaurant and tiki bar, hot tubs, saunas, shuffleboard, bocce, and 24-hour gated security.

91-120 days prior to check-in date - $200 or 15% of reservation, whichever is greater*
61-90 days prior to check-in date - 50% of all monies received will be retained*
0-60 days prior to check-in date - NO REFUND
*Processing Fees on Cancellations are Non-Refundable

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
25%: Deposit Due at time of booking in order to hold your reservation.
50%: 120 Days Prior to Check-in.
25%: 60 Days prior to Check-In: Balance of Reservation, Cleaning Fee and $500 Refundable Security Deposit
