The holiday flat is located about 1 km from the centre of Saupsdorf and is in a very quiet area, ideal for families with children. The nearest road access is about 300 metres away and the forest is only about 100 metres away. Guests have access to a pool in the garden of the property.
We offer various leisure activities: A dartboard, a pool table, a table tennis table and of course the pool in the garden. The pool can be used by guests in consultation with the landlord, whereby the terms of use are laid out in the holiday flat. The pool can be used from June to the end of August, weather permitting.
The flat covers 50 mÂČ and consists of a combined living room and bedroom, a children's room, a shower with WC and a corner kitchen equipped with modern electrical appliances and a dishwasher. The flat is located below the landlord's flat, so there may be a small amount of noise transmission, which is possible in an old building.
As the apartment is on the ground floor and the entire building is a renovated old building, noise from the upper floor cannot be ruled out. The building was not insulated with high-quality sound insulation.
