The cosy holiday flat is located in a quiet side street of OsterbrĂŒcken and was newly built in 1997. OsterbrĂŒcken is a district of Sankt Wendel, which is located in the beautiful Ostertal in Saarland and has around 700 inhabitants. The holiday flat can be reached in a few minutes via the A 62 motorway.
The doors in the living room and bedroom open onto a covered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, awning and parasol. The outdoor kitchen includes kitchenware, fridge, coffee machine, two hotplates and sink. A covered barbecue area can be used in the garden, as can the garden shed and a WC. A free parking space is available in the courtyard.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor with a living space of approx. 60mÂČ and a covered terrace of twelve square metres. The flat is at ground level and barrier-free and is suitable for four to five people. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds (100cm x 200cm each), wardrobe, bedside tables, clock radio, bedside lamps and a satellite TV. Another room is furnished with a single bed (90cm x 200cm), a chest of drawers, a shelf, an alarm clock and a bedside lamp. The living and dining room has a dining area, a living room cupboard, a sofa bed (140cm x 200cm), a stereo system, a satellite LED TV and a DVD player. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with cooker (ceramic hob), extractor, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee and coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and electric multi-purpose pan. Crockery is also provided. There are also a sufficient number of pots and pans, as well as a basic supply of spices, vinegar, oil, sugar and salt. The bathroom includes a ground-level wellness shower suitable for disabled people, a washbasin, a WC, a towel radiator and a hairdryer. There is a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a safe in the hallway. A desk with office chair is also available. Cleaning materials, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, hoover and a freezer are located in a separate room. The flat is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms.
The beautiful landscape, which offers many sights and also many opportunities for leisure activities, make the district of St. Wendel popular and also interesting. The town itself has made a name for itself as a sports town with international and national sporting events, its historic old town and well-developed cycle, mountain bike and hiking trails. The Wendelinus leisure park with its illuminated sports circuit, golf park with nine and 27 holes, skate park, high ropes course, climbing hall, sports pool and wellness centre invite sporty visitors. Excursions to the surrounding area such as the Bostalsee leisure centre, Saarschleife, Idar-Oberstein, Trier, Outlet Center ZweibrĂŒcken, the Moselle, Luxembourg, Alsace etc. are also recommended. Beach volleyball and bowling can be found at Bostalsee, sauna and solarium in Freisen-Oberkirchen, a village about four kilometres away. There are also fishing opportunities in various bodies of water in the surrounding area. A supermarket can be reached in two kilometres.
Telephone and WLAN are free of charge, as are coffee pads and tea bags. Bed linen as well as hand, shower and kitchen towels are provided. A cot and high chair, as well as a washing machine on the second floor, where the landlord lives, can be used if required. A free bread roll service is offered, with the baker leaving the goods outside the door. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the holiday flat. The flat is also secured with smoke detectors.
