House Rules:

1. No Pets Allowed: This is a pet-free property. No pets of any kind are permitted on the premises. Evidence of a pet will result in a $500 deep-cleaning fee and potential immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

2. No Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the home. Any violation will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.

4, Beach & Dunes Protection: Do not walk or play on the sand dunes. Use only the designated boardwalks. Disturbing sea turtle nests or picking sea oats is illegal and subject to heavy fines by the county.

5, Maximum Occupancy: The house has a maximum capacity. Exceeding the number of registered guests is not allowed and will result in eviction.

6. AC & Humidity: To protect the cooling system, please keep all windows and doors closed when the AC is running. Do not set the thermostat below 72°F.

7. Sand Management: Please rinse off sand at the outdoor shower/station before entering the house or the pool to avoid damage to the filtration systems.

8. Trash & Parking: All trash must be tied in bags and left in the designated trash area only. Parking is strictly limited to the designated parking spots; please do not park on the street.

9. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the entire stay. A valid government-issued ID is required to verify age prior to check-in.
