• We provide Compass Cove guests with pool wristbands and parking passes. Keycards are also included. Guests do not need to go to the front desk for this.

• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Maximum occupancy must be followed.
• This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or on balconies.
• Pets are not allowed unless stated otherwise.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests.
• Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear. Please keep the room in good condition.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.

• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
