Plan your getaway to Boardwalk Village and stay in this brand new, cozy, beautifully furnished lakefront cottage on Grand Lake St. Mary’s in Celina, OH! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage boasts spectacular views of the lake. Boardwalk Village, an all-in-one experience alongside Greater Grand Lake, is a walking and biking paradise. We`re perfect for a unique and relaxed getaway that is still in close proximity to shopping, dining, and other entertainment options!

Welcome to The Grand Lookout! A beautiful, lakeside cottage that feels like a home away from home!

As you walk in from the welcoming covered porch, you are greeted with an airy, fully-furnished, open-concept living space that features a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need from making a fresh morning cup of coffee to a tasty home-cooked meal. The living room is the perfect spot to put your feet up and relax after a long day on the lake. You can flip on the Smart TV, sign in to your streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. We have also provided you with a variety of games that will keep you entertained even on those rainy afternoons! Continue through the main level and you`ll find a private bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom and a washer & dryer for your convenience.

Attached to the laundry room area is a door that leads you to a private, oversized outdoor patio for you to utilize during your stay!

Head upstairs, where you`ll find another full bathroom, two private bedrooms—both with king beds—and a cozy loft with two twin beds. The loft also features a private balcony overlooking the village, offering views that can’t be beat!

All of the bathrooms are stocked with fresh bath linens. You can also rest assured you`ll have a pleasant and relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens that are fully laundered between each guest, from sheets to blankets and coverlets.

The Grand Lookout has an attached, lower-level one car garage with an additional entry to the back of the cottage to the parking lot for convenient parking lot access.

Enjoy the many perks of staying at Boardwalk Village. Not only is there a refreshing, heated pool right next door at our other cottages, but there is a beautiful, over-sized pool just steps away from your cottage that you are welcome to enjoy! You can even stop over at the community grilling area next to the pool to grill up your favorite meals...play a few rounds of cornhole while you`re at it!

In search of some outdoor recreational fun?! We can`t be on the lake without offering just that! Stop by Helton Lodge Rentals, right next door to Boardwalk Village, where you can rent a pontoon, Speedster boat, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, golf carts and bicycles! They are your one-stop-shop to get you around Grand Lake without ever having to get in your car!

Just a few more steps and you`re at Boardwalk Grill! We highly recommend having dinner there at least once. You`ll get to experience fresh food, hand-crafted cocktails and live music...all lakeside!

Guests do not need to check in at an office or lobby. They will receive a personal door code that will activate at the time of check-in. Boardwalk Village guests will have access to both pools, grilling station, outdoor dining area, and green space. Free parking is also available for guests (parking pass(es) provided in each unit).

The easiest way to communicate is through the platform in which you booked through. Please use the messaging feature.

BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 8. On the main floor, you`ll find a private bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs on the second floor, there are two additional private bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed—along with a cozy loft featuring two twin beds.

PARKING: This house comes with 2 parking passes that are provided inside the unit. If they are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75/each to replace. There is also an attached one-car garage on the lower level of the house that you`ll have to access to park in. No additional parking passes will be given. Parking at BOARDWALK GRILL is prohibited unless you are dining at the restaurant. If additional parking is needed, please contact the host.

POOL: We will provide 8 wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool areas. We also provide a key fob that gains you access to the pool when open. You will be able to access both pools with this key fob. Pool access is for staying guests only.
*Pool Season: May - September (time frame may change depending on weather)*
*Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur in the pool area.*

PETS: This unit is NOT pet friendly. However, we do have select units that are pet friendly at Boardwalk Village – Pelican’s Perch, The Captain, 769 TH, 771 TH, Sandlot, Glistening Gem, Sunny Shores, and Coastal Charm.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Boardwalk Village, we pride ourselves not only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. If the cost of damages exceeds the $250 security deposit, the additional amount will be charged to the card on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.

BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located right here at Boardwalk Village! Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, bicycles and more!

BOAT DOCKS: Dock spaces are available for rent for $25 per each day of your reservation if you are bringing your own boat. If you are renting a boat from Helton Lodge, you do not need to rent a dock as one is already provided.

SUB SHACK: We`ve got two awesome Sub Shack locations! Boardwalk Marketplace - Our seasonal (May 1st-September 30th), weather-based spot serving subs, salads, apps & more. Shipyard Sports & Events Center - which is just 0.6 miles down the road from Boardwalk Village! Enjoy a full dining experience with subs, salads, apps, drinks & plenty of fun. The restaurant overlooks the Sports Fieldhouse, so you can kick back while the kids shoot hoops, play soccer, and more (when leagues and tournaments aren`t in session). Plus, take a swing in our indoor golf simulators!

FITNESS CENTER ACCESS FOB: An amazing fitness experience awaits you at Innergy Fitness, located inside Shipyard Sports and Event Center. By purchasing an access fob add-on at check-out, you`ll get 24/7 access to top of the line cardio + strength equipment, a dry + infrared sauna, and access to their innovative fitness classes! The cost of the access fob add-on is $5 per fob per night of your reservation, so you are able to access the Innergy Fitness facility throughout your entire reservation. If it is not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75 to replace.

BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on its regular route throughout Celina on weekends from May 1st through September 30th. From October 1st through April 30th, you can call in advance to reserve the Blue Goose. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Boardwalk Village!

COCONUT HUT: located in the Boardwalk Marketplace, is open and serving up island vibes, delicious food from the Sub Shack, and tropical drinks, 7 days a week from May 1st -September 30th! It`s a lively, laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere we`ve created for guests and locals alike - and we hope you`ll come check it out!

This beautiful cottage is a part of our Seasonal Rental Program, which means you can rent this cottage out anytime between May 1st - September 30th. This unit is not available for rent October 1st – April 30th.

**The fourth phase of Boardwalk Village is currently under construction. Construction will begin October 2025 and is expected to be finished Summer 2026. This is taking place on the far South end of the property. Do take this into consideration when booking as there will be construction work going on during this time frame from 8am-4pm during the week. The crews will be cognizant of guests staying during this time and will keep noise as minimal as possible while still trying to stay on schedule to completion. Thank you for your understanding!**
