For the months of January and February 2026, this home will be a 3 bedroom 2 œ bath. Effective May 1st, there will be an additional bedroom with ensuite. Stay tuned for additional photos!
Welcome to 26 Seagrass! This beautifully updated 4 bedroom-3 1/2 bath home has top notch finishes and brand new kitchen and baths. Throughout the bright and open floor plan, you will find sophisticated, yet comfortable décor with a serene color palette. The star of the show is the breathtaking marsh view. This natural wonderland is a relaxing backdrop that will provide an interesting and ever-changing landscape. Keep your eyes open for many different birds and the family of deer that stroll through daily. Upon arrival, you will find yourself unwinding from daily challenges.
Living Area:
The relaxing living room provides a comfortable place to enjoy your friends and family. The main living room has a great view of the marsh. Thereâs also a large TV for those rainy days or to catch the game.
In addition to the main living room, thereâs a sitting room with comfortable seating and another TV. This is a nice spot for quiet conversation or for the kids to enjoy a movie.
The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. There are also 2 breakfast bar stools so you can socialize with the chef. Access to the deck is through the French doors in the dining area.
Kitchen:
Fully renovated and modern kitchen with smart appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. When itâs time to show off your signature dish, you will find everything you need.
Bedrooms:
All Bedrooms are on the Second floor and include a TV.
1) King primary bedroom with incredible marsh view, includes an ensuite with a large shower and double vanity.
2) Queen bedroom with access to the hall bath
3) Twin bedroom with access to the hall bath
4) New Queen bedroom with an ensuite that includes a shower. The 4th bedroom will be available May 1, 2026
Bathrooms:
1) King primary ensuite with shower and double vanity
2) Hall bath with large shower and single vanity
3) Half bath located on the first floor
4) New Queen bedroom ensuite. This bathroom will be available May 1, 2026
Outdoor Space:
Gas BBQ grill
Enjoy dining alfresco, the outdoor dining table seats 6 guests.
The resort has miles of walking and bike trails for the whole family to explore.
Enjoy a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Amenities:
gas grill, and walking/biking trails.
Please Note:
This home is located in a quiet, residential part of Wild Dunes thatâs cherished for its serenity and coastal charm. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere and avoid steep HOA fines, all guests must adhere to strict community rules; including limits on parking, outdoor storage, and noise.
Only two vehicles may be parked in the driveway overnight, and all bikes, beach gear, and trash bins must be kept completely out of sight when not in use. Quiet hours are enforced, and events or large gatherings are not permitted.
We want you to relax and enjoy your stay â and following these guidelines ensures a smooth, stress-free experience for everyone. If you have any questions about the neighborhood policies, weâre happy to help!
