The Space:

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).



Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.



Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Late Check-in Fee: A surcharge of AED 200 applies for check-ins between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Late Check-out fee AED 100/hour.



We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.



Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.



Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.



Please be advised that there will be an emergency replacement of critical chilled water isolation valves. Please note that cooling services will not be available during this period (affected areas are Residential apartments, Common areas and Retail units). Works will be carried out continuously 24/7 to ensure timely completion and to minimize inconvenience as much as possible. Maintenance period is from 11 February to Friday, 20 February 2026.



If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 700 for each lost access card.



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1000.
