Nestled in Grand Lake, this quaint cabin offers a cozy retreat for up to nine guests. With four bedrooms featuring three queen beds, one full bed, and a twin bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The master bedroom features an attached master bath plus a walkout to a small deck facing the back yard. Two full bathrooms, one which includes a jetted bathtub, perfect for soaking after a day of adventure. Two living rooms, with the lower level living room featuring a gas fireplace. A laundry room is also located in the lower level. The cabin’s warm and inviting atmosphere makes it easy to relax and recharge. The cabin is located 2 blocks from the lake and 4 blocks from downtown, making it possible to walk almost anywhere in town. It is 45 minutes to Winter Park skiing, 30 minutes to Granby Ranch skiing, and 30 minutes to the Hot Sulfur Springs Resort, all a flat easy drive. It is also just a mile from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. In the winter, Grand Lake is known for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Grand Lake has two small grocery stores, several restaurants and shops, a repertory theater, miniature golf, regular golf, boat rentals, snowmobile rentals, ice skating, and a small go-cart track, some of these are open based on the season. Per HOA regulations, this cabin must be rented in 28 day or more increments. The tree house in the back yard is not available for use. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
