The gated pool area offers peace of mind, while the hot tub provides the perfect way to unwind after a day in the sand.

Indoors, the open living, dining, and kitchen space creates a central hub for meals, games, and conversation. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home — whether it’s quick breakfasts before heading to the beach or family dinners after a full day out. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom and the living room, with streaming platforms like Disney+, Hulu, HBO, Paramount+, and Peacock available for movie nights or relaxing downtime after the beach.

The home is thoughtfully set up for families, with space to spread out and amenities that make traveling easier. Smart TVs are located throughout the home for downtime, and a Pack ’n Play is available for families traveling with infants or toddlers.

Sleeping spaces are arranged for both comfort and flexibility:

- Pool heat is available for an additional $200 fee and must be requested in advance.
- Hot tub available year-round
- Beach access is approximately a 1-minute walk from the home — close enough for easy back-and-forth trips throughout the day.
- PET-FRIENDLY. Up to 2 pets (no weight limit) without additional pet fee

The home is located in a quiet residential area, making it ideal for families and relaxed group stays. We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.

For safety, exterior security cameras are positioned facing the driveway and entry areas only — there are no indoor cameras or cameras facing private outdoor spaces like the pool or hot tub.

An additional rental agreement and house guidelines will be shared after booking for review and signature.
