LIVING AND DINING AREA
Step inside to a bright and modern open-concept living and dining space, ideal for unwinding after an exciting day at the parks.

•Rustic-style trestle dining table with seating for six, complemented by plush gray chairs and subtle Mickey and Minnie artwork nearby.
•Living Room: Includes a cozy gray sofa, two accent chairs with plush red pillows, and a mounted TV. A modern wood-paneled accent wall adds warmth, while decorative greenery creates a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
Extras: A low coffee table, nearby workstation, and Wi-Fi sign near the TV add extra convenience for guests.

BATHROOMS
Main Level Bathroom: Conveniently located near the front entrance and features a bathtub with sliding glass doors for a practical and comfortable setup.

•Kids’ Bathroom: Connected to the upstairs children’s bedroom and includes a bathtub.

•Master Bathroom: Private en-suite attached to the master bedroom, complete with a vanity sink and bathtub with subtle tropical-inspired décor.

BEDROOMS
First Floor Bedroom: Located near the workstation and features a queen-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, headboard, upright dresser with TV, full-length mirror, and closet with hangers provided.

•Kids’ Bedroom (Upstairs): Fun Mickey and Minnie-themed bedroom with two twin beds, a shared bedside table, and upright dresser.
PLEASE NOTE: This room is designed for children and is the only bedroom with balcony access, offering a private outdoor space to step outside and relax.

•Master Bedroom (Upstairs): Peaceful retreat featuring a king-size bed, calming blue walls, stylish furnishings, bedside tables with lamps, and a cozy seating area at the foot of the bed. Closet with hangers included, and a safe is available for guest use. Guests must contact the host prior to using the safe.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped and ready for use, featuring:
Black & Decker coffee machine, toaster, and blender
Flat-top stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils
Starter essentials including a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and trash bags. Guests are welcome to use these items but may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay. Don’t feel like cooking? Simply scan the QR code on the refrigerator for convenient meal delivery right to your door.

PATIO AND PRIVATE HOT TUB AREA
Open the sliding doors to your private patio and hot tub area, fully enclosed for added privacy and safety. Relax on the outdoor seating and enjoy the Florida sunshine in total comfort.

•Upon arrival, guests may be asked to complete an authorization form at the resort gate for entry access.

•To access the waterpark and certain resort amenities, a resort access card is required. One card will be provided for your stay. If the card is lost or damaged, a $10 replacement fee will apply. Guests should notify the host immediately if the card becomes lost or damaged.
