- Pool heater: $ 40 per day ( minimum 4 nights ).

Note: The temperature will not exceed 95F. Must be requested 48 hours in advance. Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK CORRECTLY in cold weather. If you still want to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Our pool heating pumps have a safety system that prevents the element from overheating when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. In this way, it causes a temporary shutdown of services automatically until the pump can recover its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

• PARKING:

After the reservation is confirmed, we will request the names of the drivers to register at the Resort entrance gate.
**A maximum of 5 cars are allowed per reservation.**
Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort.
Street parking is not permitted. Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense.
There may be extra parking spots on the adjacent streets. These spots are not marked and can be used based on availability.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional cleaning fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place the trash inside the bench in front of the house daily to keep a clean home.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):

• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep.
• Legacy Vacation Homes is not responsible for missing or misplaced deliveries.

Solterra Resort charges a one-time fee for the use of the Clubhouse amenities. Non-refundable charge
