House Rules
- Absolutely NO shoes within the house. If shoe stains are found on carpets, there will be extra cleaning fee.
- No Pets!
- absolutely no smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use (you can use dishwasher, there are detergent tablets available under the sink area). If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
-Please wipe up spills immediately, especially in/on stove, furniture, appliances, tables, and counters so that you do not have extra cleaning charges. If stains are found on furniture or rugs, extra cleaning charges will be applied.

-Due to the use of septic systems, please obey rules about not putting feminine products, wipes, food, towels, etc. in commodes and sinks. Only put your normal body waste and the bathroom tissue we supply into the commodes. We will be forced to charge you extra if you do not obey the rules. We do not want stopped up toilets and pipes and I am sure you do not want backed up pipes while you are visiting.
- PARKING: parking is provided on the driveway side by side.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- No parties whatsoever
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb, not a hotel, and it is also my home when I stay in Chesnee, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
