Located 3 blocks uphill from Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone, this quiet, low-key space has everything you need: fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, bedside USB-C charging, and a rooftop oasis for sunsets between Zoom calls. Whether escaping burnout, exploring digital nomad life, or seeking romance — this is your oasis.

Great little place to spend 3 weeks in PV. Well equipped, comfy bedding, w/d in apt, and great location close to beach, restaurants and store. Rooftop pool was amazing. On-site management team helpful. Elevator was a definite plus. Would stay again.

I'm Zosimo. I was born in Tejupilco, Mexico, but Puerto Vallarta stole my heart. After years of exploring Tuscany, Barcelona, Ibiza, and New York, I kept coming back here. So I decided to invest.

I began hosting 7+ years ago in Atlanta, and now enjoy hosting travelers who come to Puerto Vallarta for fun or the beach and end up discovering something deeper: a neighborhood with soul, restaurants run by people who look you in the eye and remember your name, merchants proudly showing their ware, sunsets that feel personal. I speak English and Spanish, respond within an hour, and genuinely love helping guests find those moments.

I listen.... In February 2025, when guests asked for a better blender and beach gear, I upgraded them. Not because it was required, but because it mattered to them (and me). That's the kind of host I am.

Casa Breezy Palm isn't just a rental property to me. It's a space where people come to reset, work better, and/or explore feelings, and fall in love with Puerto Vallarta the way I did.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Zona Romåntica is the sweet spot - close enough to the beach (3 blocks, 5-minute walk), but far enough from the resort chaos and busy streets. Walkable restaurants, cafés, nightlife, and markets but still quiet enough to focus on work or enjoy intimate moments.

What I love: authentic neighborhood feel. Locals run many of the restaurants. Markets sell fresh ingredients. Streets have history and character. You can work from the rooftop one hour, walk to the beach the next, and enjoy dinner at a family-run taqueria in the evening. Even if you need to grab a taxi or Uber, everything is accessible without feeling touristy.

I chose here because it offers the best of both worlds: connection to Puerto Vallarta's genuine people & daily life as well as the peace & privacy you might seek when working or escaping burnout.
