✺Guest Room: 2 Queens+2 Twins-
Experience the perfect blend of style and functionality with our custom-designed bunk beds. Featuring two queen beds below and two twin beds on top, these bunk beds provide ample sleeping space for up to six guests. Also, you can enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom and a private patio.

✺Modern Laundry space equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer!

THE AMENITIES:
Enjoy free access to 2 shared, on-sight infinity edge pools, showcasing breathtaking ocean panoramas.

Access to the highly recommended Prieta Beach Club and Arnold Palmer designed Golf Course is also available for a daily fee. (The fee for the beach club is $75) Guests can expect to pay around $300 for a round of golf). Amenities offered at the beach clubs include swimming pools, spas, private beach access, surfing, snorkeling, water biking, stand-up paddling, kids club and delicious restaurants!

You can also have access to The Four Seasons Beach Club ($200 for 4 people) or the Andaz Beach Club ($75 person)

Please be aware that our cancellation policy is firm. We are a small, independent rental and cannot make exceptions for travel-related issues such as canceled or delayed flights, severe weather en route, train cancellations, family emergencies, or changes to work schedules.

These events are considered "Force Majeure" or circumstances beyond our control. Because we block the calendar for your stay and turn away other potential guests, we are unable to offer refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows resulting from these situations.

To ensure peace of mind, we strongly encourage you to purchase a third-party travel insurance policy that includes "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage. This is the best way to protect yourself from unforeseen events that could impact your travel plans.
