3-bedroom house in soothing Springfield with AC and fitness room

Sadly, this is what really happened. The guest was staying 2 nights. The first night the temperature was 85°. The second night, the temperature was 65°. That's New Jersey in early May. Approximately 8pm on their second and last night, they sent a note in the app. They don't know how to use the remotes to change from AC to heat. I didn't see the note until 9am the next morning, when they were leaving!!! YET?? On the counter in the kitchen, I leave my name and my phone number, making it clear. You can call or text any questions. In the office where there is a chair, a desk, a veri desk, a 50 inch monitor and a full white board. I write my name, wifi password and my number for any issues or questions, on the white board. I'm sure that is why they decided to be really critical. No TV in the living room, because there is a 120” inch projector TV in the family room where there is seating for 10?? Thanks for admitting the beds are comfortable. There are 3 couches, 7 accent chairs, 8 seat dining room table, 6 person bar height table, a 4 person breakfast nook, so there is limited furniture?? I'm sorry, the guest didn't call or text me, because it was literally a 5 second solution. That is the real reason they were critical…
