The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, a flat-screen TV, and the home’s only ensuite bathroom, creating a private retreat after a day on the slopes or trails. The second bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, offering a twin-over-full bunk bed that maximizes sleeping space while keeping things cozy and functional. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway for easy access from the bunk room and common areas.

The bright and inviting living room has been recently updated and includes a flat-screen TV for movie nights or relaxing evenings in. The sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping accommodations, allowing the condo to comfortably host larger groups. While there is no traditional dining table, the kitchen features bar seating for five, making it easy to enjoy meals together, sip morning coffee, or plan the day ahead. Pool and Hot Tub: Enjoy the community's pool and hot tub, open during the primary seasons (Winter and Summer). After a day of skiing or hiking, take a dip or soak your cares away. Hot tub will be open year-round from 10AM to 10PM in summer (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) and 4PM to 10PM during the remainder of the year.

Pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, and from the opening day to the closing day of Park City Mountain Resort. When pool is open, hours will be the same as the hot tub. Pool will be open weather permitting, and may not open if temperature is below 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
