New 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in Caballeros Estates at Hombre with a combined kitchen, living, and dining area on the main level and EVP flooring throughout the first floor. The kitchen features granite countertops and white cabinetry, and all three bedrooms are upstairs with a primary suite, walk-in closet, and laundry nearby. Short drive to public beach access, golf, shopping, and dining in Panama City Beach.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
This two-story townhome is designed for easy everyday living with all of the main gathering space on the first floor and all three bedrooms tucked away upstairs. Trash pickup is every Thursday. Please place the trash bin outside by the garage the night before (or no later than early Thursday morning), and the waste service will collect it. After pickup, kindly return the bin to its normal storage spot.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. There will be cams both at the front and rear of this condo.
