*This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation. Additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $25 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
*Pets are allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.

*Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 27 nights.
