Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including a private washer and dryer, a deck with a Weber gas grill, and one assigned parking space in the complex. All building trash and snow services are handled by the HOA.

In winter, you're a short drive from Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge. In summer, nearby trailheads and Lake Dillon provide endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the area, but many destinations are walkable from the unit. Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and A-Basin are all within 30 minutes. The Summit Stage bus system provides free public transit around the region.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
