4/4 on Mangrove Lined Canal with Pool, Boating, Beach & Fishing! Just Rennovated

This 4bedroom/4bath private home is located in McGregor neighborhood of South Fort Myers. It is on the canal which connects 5 minutes from open water, and is about 10 minute drive to the beach. It is centrally located and close to downtown and nearby all the good restaurants in town.

This property just had a top to bottom renovation completed in January 2026.

It is stocked with the basic essentials such as kitchenware, towels, sheets/blankets, keurig, shampoo etc.

There is world class fishing right in the canal against the mangroves and you can catch tilapia, catfish, snook, among other fish. Grill them up right on the firepit or the charcoal grill. Plenty of firewood available for you. Fishing rods and basic fishing equipment is provided. You may see dolphins or manatees or reef sharks swim by.

The pool is open for use year round.

Enjoy the hammock or tree swing up against the water. The back yard is against the mangroves and has privacy hedge on both sides so there is complete privacy and it is very quiet.

We are 10 minute drive from the beach and I have a 10ft beach tent, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels available for guest use.

There is no dock but the house has over 100ft of seawall and extra boat fenders available, with some bumpers and kleats along the seawall. There is a public boat slip about 7 minutes away, and if you choose to park your boat here during your stay & tie up directly against the seawall - please be careful not to scrape your boat. We are 5 minutes from the open water of the Caloosahatchee river and beyond. The canal is approximately 3.5 - 6ft deep depending on tides. Salty water. Please do a safety check of canal before you bring your boat. I am not responsible for your behavior with your boat. You can book a charter and ask your captain to pick you up right out of the canal.

The house has high speed internet and smart TV. Washer and dryer. The house is on well and septic so please be conscious of the plumbing. There is 1 king & 3 queen beds. There is a pull out queen sofa bed in the loft bedroom. There are 3 parking spots on the driveway and 2 more in the garage you are free to use.

Feel free to put the kayak in the water and explore the local canals. Use at your own risk and always with life jacket. You can find them in the garage.

There is a 50amp outlet (NEMA 14-50R) with 32Amp Tesla charger you can use in garage to charge EV (photo attached) but you will need to supply the correct adaptor to charge anything aside from Tesla.

Theres tons of great restaurants nearby (Liberty Kitchen is the best, Capital Grille, Cooper Hawk, Blu Sushi), multiple fantastic pickleball facilities I can recommend (ACE, DNA), a few great food truck parks (Backyard Social), kids activities (slick city, sky zone). If you avoid rush hour we are about 35 minute drive to Naples.

Please note the property has unfenced seawall and a pool - this house may not be child-friendly, and children are only welcome with appropriate adult supervision. We have door chimes on the doors.

The Jet-Skis are not available for guest use, sorry.

Please no loud exterior music and avoid bothering the neighbors. Please be aware we do not allow loud disruptive parties, the neighbors will complain and/or call the authorities.

There are multiple exterior facing ring cameras at this property. No interior cameras, of course.
