Peaceful neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise at night as this is a residential community where the neighbors are working and have to rise early. Please do not swim in the canals as alligators are present. The alligators should not be fed or taunted.

Up the front stairs and through the double doors to a setting illuminated in natural light with focus on the courtyard pool. Well appointed floor plan with a relaxing family room, formal dining room, casual dinette and split bedrooms to maximize the privacy of the master suite. Slumber peacefully in the comforts of King sized accommodations in the master. Expansive shower, soaking tub, walk in closet and his and her vanity space provides a setting where you will not mind sharing with your significant other. The two interior guest bedrooms each have queen settings. Home is Wi-Fi enabled with cable television. Picture yourself in this chef's kitchen mastering your culinary craft as your family gathers around the breakfast bar laughing and reflecting on the excitement of the day. Throw open the sliders as the days cool and your living space extends outdoors. Few meals will be had inside. Fire up the grill and let the BBQ maestro show off their skills in the full outdoor kitchen. Loungers pool side to sit back and relax as the sunshine lifts your spirits. Plenty of seating in the shade if you prefer. Distinct entrance to the 4th bedroom poolside which makes the privacy perfectly suited for the in-laws, adult children or family friends. The two single beds can be adjoined for King bedding. Beautiful water view to the rear with spacious dock space. Bring the fishing poles as this water is alive with game. Sit back and enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings. Everything you may need is provided and your primary focus is relaxation.

For a nightly fee of $20 per night the pool can be heated and you can fully utilize this amenity in the winter months. Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours before your desired start time.

Spa is just a water feature and is not a hot tub.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check-out list is completed in its entirety. The list is provided for you in the home.
