The private balcony quickly becomes a favorite spot to unwind with the sound of the waves — and during whale season (December–March), you may even witness whales passing through the bay.



Inside, the open-concept living and dining space opens directly onto the ocean-view balcony, seamlessly connecting indoor comfort with outdoor living. A fully equipped kitchen, sleek furnishings, and premium finishes highlight the modern style of this new building. Bantay is located in Los Picos, a quiet, upscale residential beachfront neighborhood just northwest of downtown Bucerías. This area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, quiet beaches, and relaxed pace—ideal for guests seeking tranquility without being far from town.

Downtown Bucerías is approximately a 15-minute walk along the beach or a 5-minute drive, offering easy access to restaurants, cafés, artisan markets, and local nightlife.



Getting Around:

A covered parking space is included with your stay. Getting around is simple—taxis and ride services are easy to arrange, and driving into downtown Bucerías or nearby towns like La Cruz and Sayulita is quick and convenient. Many guests also enjoy the scenic beach walk into town. For added ease, we may be able to coordinate private driver services upon request—just ask!



Other Things to Note:

✓ Elevators provide smooth access to all levels and the property is wheelchair friendly.

✓ Pets are allowed with prior written approval only. Up to 2 small pets (max 10 kg each) or 1 medium pet (max 20 kg). Pets must be well-trained, not left unattended unless crated, and leashed in common areas. Guests are responsible for cleanup; additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required.

✓ Paddleboard availability may vary.

✓ Inside the unit, you’ll find iPads that allow you to easily book room service, massages, boat reservations, and drivers.

✓ Boat reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions and can be booked up to 72 hours in advance. Spa appointments may be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance or at any time during your stay, subject to availability.

✓ The tower is a cashless property, the restaurant and spa only accept cards

✓ Guests are required to submit a guest registration form before arrival to the tower. This form is digital and shared immediately after booking.
