Great stay!

This is a great place to stay while exploring Moab. It is convenient to downtown, the owners are very helpful and easy to work with and the unit has everything you need for a great stay! We highly recommend staying at the Westside Flats.

My wife and I stayed a week in March 2014. We loved Cliffrose Flats. Really great space, very nicely appointed. Great location. Could not have been better, and the owners, Ellen and Michael, could not have been friendlier or more helpful. This is the place to stay when in Moab.

Had a wonderful time at the property which was just as described & reviewed by others. Place was clean and well appointed. We didn’t have a long trip but for another time the full kitchen would be handy. Perfect place for 2 people. Check in was easy. Would absolutely stay here again on next trip to town.

We were in Moab for our daughter's wedding and we needed a place close to town where we could have friends for dinner. We stayed in Kayenta and it was perfect for us - quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The decor was attractive but not cluttered and the owners were so helpful

Best Place to Stay in Moab

We have just returned from a one week stay at Cliffrose Flats & can say that after many years of renting through VRBO, this was by far the best experience we ever had. Ellyn & Michael are helpful, informative & generous hosts who have created a group of elegantly furnished & thoughtfully designed apartments 2 blocks from the heart of Moab. We can't wait for our next visit.

Perfect spot in Moab!

We spent two nights at Michael and Ellyn's property, and wish we could've stayed longer! The apartment was perfect for two people, with a beautiful patio to relax on in the hot afternoons. An easy walk to town, and central to all of Moab's outdoor activities. Thank you for the hiking recommendation Michael - we had a great time. We hope to stay again soon.

Wonderful place near town!

The pictures do not do this apartment justice. Place is really nice and very clean. Owners are very friendly and helpful if needed. A very short walk to the downtown area of Moab. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Home is very well equipped also.

Wonderful Stay in Moab

West side flats along with our hosts Michael and Evelyn were superb! This modern and convenient and roomy rental was an excellent fit for us. We had a very restful stay after vigorous days in Arches NP and touring Canyonlands. Their recommendations for additional adventures and restaurants were spot on. The layout of the accommodations were perfect. We took our meals on the patio as the weather was delightful in late September.

Beautiful apartment in a great town

The apartment was immaculately clean, and has everything you need for a really comfortable stay. It was a treat to have a beautifully tended garden to enjoy. The owner is very friendly. Moab is an excellent location for visiting the NPs, and it has a superb foodie deli/supermarket for quality food. Highly recommended.

Hidden gem in Moab

This was a great place to stay because it was close to Arches NP, Canyon lands NP, and Dead Horse State Park. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. They also have a washing machine and dryer on sight that we were able to use so that we could be ready for the next part of our trip. The owners are close by if there are any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect In-Town Hideaway

We had a last minute chance to spend a few days in Moab. Ellyn responded promptly and fit us in to their mostly-full schedule. We stayed in the Paradox Flat. Even though the location is downtown, it was surprisingly tucked away and quiet. The flat was clean, neatly decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The patio was great for morning coffee and planning our day. We can't wait to go back!
