The space
Living Areas
Step inside to discover generous, airy indoor spaces designed for comfort and connection. The main living room on the ground floor features comfortable sofa seating for up to eight guests, a TV, ceiling fans, and a music system for relaxed evenings or lively gatherings. A second living area on the second floor offers an indoor table tennis setup, making it a fun hangout spot for both adults and children. Both living rooms are thoughtfully laid out for group time, conversations, and unwinding after a day outdoors.

Dining Area
The dining space is located on the ground floor and is seamlessly attached to the main living room. With seating for eight guests, it’s perfect for shared meals, celebrations, or long conversations over food.

Bedrooms
The villa offers six spacious bedrooms, spread across three floors for privacy and comfort.

• Bedrooms 5 & 6: Second Floor
Each bedroom features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans, wardrobes, and attached bathrooms. Designed for restful sleep, all rooms comfortably accommodate two guests, with extra sleeping space available if required. The layout works equally well for families, groups of friends, and couples traveling together.

Bathrooms
All six bedrooms have attached bathrooms equipped with geysers for hot water, jet sprays, exhaust fans, showers, fresh towels, and common-dispenser toiletries. The bathrooms are clean, functional, and designed for everyday comfort. There are no bathtubs or in-room jacuzzis, keeping the focus on ease and practicality.

Food and Dinning
The kitchen is not accessible to guests. Guests can order food from nearby restaurants or we can arrange for a private cook, just inform us in prior, making dining convenient without compromising privacy.

Private Swimming Pool
Step outside to your private 5 feet outdoor pool, available for use at all times. The pool features lighting, a filtration system, and a separate kids’ pool, making it safe and enjoyable for all age groups. Pool maintenance is handled by our caretaker and is maintained regularly.

Bonfire & Barbecue
Enjoy cool evenings with a bonfire setup.A barbecue kit made available, perfect for relaxed nights, celebrations, or casual get-togethers. These outdoor experiences add warmth and charm to your stay.

Bonfire arrangements are available at an additional charge of ₹1,000

Guest access
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa, including all bedrooms, living areas, private swimming pool, and indoor entertainment spaces. Parking is private, and the property is easily accessible by road.

• Swimming pool usage is always allowed
• Power backup is available with separate inverter systems on each floor
• ACs are available in all bedrooms only
• Wi-Fi is available throughout the property
• CCTV cameras are installed in common outdoor areas for safety
• Small pets are allowed, but guests must bring their own pet essentials and take full responsibility


House Rules
• Smoking is allowed only outdoors, strictly not allowed indoors
• Alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and strictly as per the Telangana state excise regulations Act.
• Pets are allowed (small pets only) with full guest responsibility
Illegal Substances: Use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Photo ID: Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
• Fire Safety: Open flames (candles, fire pits, etc.) are not allowed unless approved by the host.

Waste Management:
• Dispose of food waste properly and keep the property clean.
• Do not clog sinks with food waste.
• Wrap sharp objects securely before discarding.
• Sustainability: Minimize plastic use; prefer reusable bottles and bags.
• Emergencies: Contact HomeyHuts, the host, or the property caretaker immediately in case of an emergency.


Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment
No Lifeguard On Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be always supervised by an adult, even while using the kids pool.
-Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool.
No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only. Broken glass is hazardous and will incur a cleaning fee.
-No Diving or Rough Play: The pool is 5 ft deep,jumping or diving is not permitted for safety reasons.
-Pool Towels Provided: Please don’t use indoor towels for the pool.
-No Food in the Pool.
-Alcohol & Swimming: Drink responsibly excessive alcohol and swimming don’t mix.
-Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, call the caretaker immediately
