Welcome to The Ascent Three Sisters Penthouse, a beautifully designed top-floor, 1-bedroom retreat located on the 4th (highest) floor of Canmore’s newest resort. This brand-new unit offers elevated comfort, privacy, and breathtaking mountain views in every season.

The penthouse features a spacious private balcony with BBQ, perfectly positioned to overlook the iconic Three Sisters Mountains and the sweeping Rocky Mountain range—ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or relaxing after a day of adventure.

Inside, the space is thoughtfully curated with elegant, modern alpine décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while the living area includes a high-quality queen pull-out sofa, allowing the unit to sleep up to 4 guests comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and extended stays and includes modern conveniences such as an air fryer and a Keurig coffee maker. Guests also enjoy access to the resort’s pool, hot tub and gym perfect for unwinding year-round. Access to the locked Ski and Bike Storage is provided (bring your own lock)

🚗For added convenience, the unit includes one dedicated underground parking stall, making arrival and departure effortless in all seasons.
Additional parking may be available in the building’s shared outdoor visitor stalls (10 total for the entire property, first-come, first-served) or on Mountain Ave.

Downtown is a 25 minute walk away. Canmore possesses thousands of activities and things to do. Explore along the main street, you can pop into local artist’s galleries, browse through shops or try local specialties. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Take a short drive to Banff town or spend the day taking in breath-taking Lake Louise or one of many stunning lakes inside the National Park.

From the Condo, there’s easy access to the highway and all the exciting sites in the area. Take hiking tours, experience the Rockies from the sky in a helicopter ride, or from the water by hiring canoes or kayaks. Or rent a bike and enjoy the scenery as you speed through the trees.

This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a luxurious and comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and high quality pull-out sofa. The facilities are free for you to enjoy during your stay such as high speed wifi, heated indoor pool and hot tub, BBQ and fitness room.

There is amazing views from the balcony, showing the Three Sisters, Mount Lawrence Grassi & Ha Ling.

Canmore has numerous taxi companies that can take you anywhere you need if walking is not desirable.

The resort is located just off the #1 Highway and is right along the Bow Valley Trail - giving easy access to Banff and Calgary.
