Enjoy this modern 2,849 square-foot, 3 bedroom 3 bath home just 10 minutes from the Denver International Airport & the Gaylord Resort! On the main level youâll notice the open floor plan where you can enjoy the large kitchen, coffee bar,
dining room and living room. If you need space to get some work done the office near the entrance is equipped with an office desk and office chair for you to use during your stay. Please enjoy the complimentary water bottles, coffee pods, Nespresso pods, chips and individually wrapped slippers that we have left for you to use to walk around the house
in place of your shoes!
On the second level please enjoy the entertainment loft that has board games stored in the TV media console. You will also find the Master Suite with its own master bathroom and a walk-in closet. Complete with a sitting area, you have everything you need to sit back and unwind! Two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom are on the second level as well. Every bedroom and both living room areas each have their own TV so that everyone can enjoy their stay to their individual liking. Each TV is logged in to Netflix, HBO Max, HULU, Disney+ and Apple TV - Enjoy!

Hi! We are Aracely & Gerardo, your hosts during your stay. We have both lived in Colorado our entire lives and we canât imagine living anywhere else (well maybe California?!). We love going to the movies and our favorite kind of music is EDM and 80âs rock :)
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
After living in the city for majority of our lives we wanted to move somewhere a bit more quiet. We love our home and it provides the peace and quiet we were looking for! We are delighted to have you stay, we hope you enjoy it just as much as we do.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
We have been short term rental users since 2016 and are huge fans of short term rental platforms, especially back in the day where you could stay in nice big places for unreal prices when compared to hotels. We feel that hasnât been the case for some time now and it seems that guests unfortunately feel like short term rentals aren't worth it anymore. That is why we wanted to become short term rental hosts, to bring back affordable stays the way they used to be and hopefully remind guests of what made short term rentals special in the first place.
