Welcome to our cozy apartment perched atop Whiskey Hill, the most exclusive single-family home neighborhood above Eagle-Vail.

The charming Eagle-Vail community sits perfectly between Vail and Beaver Creek—just a nine-minute drive to the slopes. Our apartment is steps from the Eagle-Vail golf course, driving range, community pool, Evercrisp and Stone Creek hiking trails, cross-country ski paths, tennis and pickleball courts. Enjoy a day on the mountain or the fairway, then unwind in the living room with a refreshing drink or cocktail.

This is an ideal space for solo travelers, couples, and small families.

The king bedroom features a spacious closet and another TV, with convenient access to the full bathroom and the nearby washer and dryer. Inside the apartment, you’ll also find a comfortable living room with a queen futon bed and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you might need. Large windows throughout the apartment fill the space with bright natural light, creating a cheerful, airy atmosphere perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the mountain views. There is a hall closet stocked with games for the kids, a humidifier, and a high chair, plus plenty of books in the living room. Additionally, a closet near the front door is perfect for storing ski jackets and pants.

Please note: This apartment is attached to our main home. There are stairs leading to the space, and it has its own private entrance with no need to interact with other guests.

You will have full access to all amenities, including the complete kitchen, Smart TV (no cable), laundry, and parking for two vehicles in our driveway. As is typical in the Vail Valley, there is no AC, but summer temperatures are generally cool.

A vehicle is recommended. NO PETS. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON PREMISIS. QUIET HOURS STRICTLY ENFORCED 10 P.M. - 7 A.M. The suite sleeps a maximum of two adults and two children—no more than two adults.
