We are not a luxury hotel, the apartment is not newly renovated, but it is right across from some of the best hotels in Puerto Rico, including Vanderbilt, La Concha, Hilton, and Marriott—so you know you’re in a fantastic area!

We have a WiFi mesh system and it is good enough to watch videos and take video calls.

Water heater works but if there is a quick power outage, then the power button must be pressed to turn it back on.

Other things to note
To help us maintain the highest level of service and quality, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following house rules:

1. **Towel Care:** Please avoid using makeup on the white towels to prevent stains. A $15 charge will be applied for each towel that is stained.

2. ** Explore Puerto Rico’s beautiful beaches! Please shake off any sand before entering the apartment. Excess sand inside may result in additional cleaning fees.

3. **Lost Keys:** If keys are lost, a $100 replacement fee will apply. Please secure the keys in the lockbox when leaving.

4. **Extra Guests:** The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. A $10 fee per night applies for each additional guest beyond the third, with prior approval. Violating this rule may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

5. **Energy Saving:** To help us keep costs low, please ensure the doors are closed when using the A/C, and remember to turn off the lights, close the windows, and shut off the A/C before leaving the apartment.

6. **No Smoking:** Smoking inside the unit will incur a $300 penalty. We kindly ask that you smoke in designated outdoor areas. Thank you for understanding!

7. **Late Check-Out Fees:** Unscheduled late check-outs affect future reservations and housekeeping. If you stay beyond your check-out time, a fee equal to one night’s stay at the current rate will be charged. We appreciate your cooperation!
