Beachy Bungalow near Spanish Springs & Sumter Landing Town Squares The Villages

Our beachy bungalow is located in a perfect location within The Villages. We are 1.1 mi from Spanish Springs town square & 2.6 miles from Lake Sumter Landing. Each location has music nightly with many restaurants, shops and anything you might need. In The Villages, you will find that a golf cart is the preferred means of transportation with over 100 miles of golf cart legal streets & trails. The Villages also includes over 100 rec centers, 70 pools, 54 golf courses + many clubs & activities.
The space
In our home, you will find comfort & convenience. We are convenient to all activities plus our home is designed for comfort in mind. Our home is easily accessible with no steps, other than a small threshold step. Also we have allowed open spaces without obstacles for easy accessibility. New mattresses, bedding, towels, furniture, washer and dryer were recently purchased. In the master bedroom, you will find two twin beds that push together to make a king bed. A new 32" RokuTV was just installed. In the guest bedroom you will find a brand new queen bed. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Within the kitchen, you should find the basics of preparing a meal at home.
Enjoy your evenings in a very quiet neighborhood. We have a brand new 58" Roku TV with streaming capabilities located in the living room. Our lanai also has patio furniture for your evening enjoyment.
We have a one car garage with a brand new washer and dryer. This is a great area to keep the golf cart, which can be rented within a mile at Spanish Springs. Great prices, convenient location & a helpful staff will get you set up within minutes. Then you can ride the cart on over 100 miles of golf cart trails. No car is needed within The Villages, as you can ride to local restaurants, rec centers and the grocery.

The villages Temporary ID is $50 for 2 people. Payable to The Villages. I submit the paperwork. You are responsible for providing the information prior to arrival for the passes.

Guests have full access of the home. There will be a linen closet and a garage cabinet locked for the homeowner's personal items.
