The house itself was great, but didn't feel rental ready. I have so many nice things to say but am limited in character count, so I will stick to the things that were a concern. There was construction debris out front, and by the garage which caused us to get a flat tire, completely altering our itinerary at the start. There were only 2 dish towels. Upon requesting more was told there would be some sent over that morning. When we hadn't received any later that evening, I contacted the host again and he said he had put in the order and that he would check with his cleaning people. A few minutes later I got a text saying my items were delivered earlier. They were not. To top it off there was only one roll of paper towels. The cupboard to the left of the fridge would bind when you closed it, causing the fridge framing to bend out. The garbage pull-out and the dishwasher couldn't be open at the same time. 1 king suite had a broken but working lamp. 1 of the balcony doors wouldn't lock. The closets in the suites are not all created equally, nor do they have enough hangers, as there are no dressers. One of the TVs wasn't set up and we were unable to set it up because the remotes for all nine TVs were universal. When you tried to turn one TV on, it turned on a TV in another area. We used one TV as a result. Multiple bathrooms ran out of toilet paper, and we ran out of garbage bags. The potential is great, just many small things detracting from the overall experience.
