Relax and recharge in this stylish, cozy, modernized 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in Newark, DE close to University of Delaware, Christiana Hosptial, the popular Christiana Mall, I-95 to Philadelphia, Baltimore and other nearby destinations.
You'll be close to many restaurants, bars and stores. Whether working from a home away from home, visiting the area or just taking a break, this spacious, comfortable, modern home is the perfect place to do just that.
The space
You'll find this interior unit townhouse towards the center of a suburban street. Once you enter the home, you'll be greeted with LVP floors in this aesthetically pleasing living room. The eat-in kitchen sits just beyond the living room, and the deck and backyard to the back of the house, through the sliding doors past the kitchen.
3 of the 4 bedrooms are found up the stairs on the second floor. This home has 4 beds including the trundle under the daybed in the second bedroom. One of the second floor bedrooms houses a 6 ft cocoon (floor lounger) that is sure to provide a place for great rest.
There are a total of 2 and a half bathrooms. The powder room is on the main level just between the living room and kitchen. One full bathroom is upstairs in the hall positioned between the 3 bedrooms and the other full bathroom is downstairs and dedicated to the fourth, super spacious bedroom.
Amenities include central air, efficient forced air heat, ceiling fans throughout the home, linens, a full washer and dryer also located on the lower level, with toiletries, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies and cookware, and many more.
Guest access
Access home via keypad entry. You will have full access to the home with no shared spaces.
Other things to note
- The whole house must be used for private/residential purposes only. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.
- Whether providing a âpersonalâ service or selling illegal substances, we do not tolerate any illegal activity and will prosecute if this house rule is ignored. If we suspect this is happening at any time during your stay, we have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately without a refund.
- No parties or functions should be held on the property, and please be mindful of your noise level to avoid disturbing the occupants of neighboring homes. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM
- Smoking is not permitted inside our properties. You can smoke far in the backyard, but please ensure you dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.
- Please leave our properties in a clean and tidy condition.
- Please ensure that dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machines, toaster, kettles, etc. are clean and dry before storing them.
- We are dog-friendly, and require information in order to approve or decline a pet stay. Please inquire directly about pets.
- Do not rearrange the furnishings. If you see the need to rearrange the place, do seek approval and assistance.
- Visitors are allowed, however, you may only invite 3 guests, and they are not permitted to stay beyond 10 pm or sleepover. If a visitor sleeps over for any reason, you will be charged an extra $50 per visitor/night as they will now be considered guests.
- If an accident occurs, please report the issue to us promptly.
- Locking the doors and windows anytime you leave the house is essential. Also, turn off the taps and bulb when not in use.
- To prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the toilets, sinks, or shower drains.
