A Tropical Stay offers a bright, coastal escape just two blocks from the beach, designed for families and groups who want generous indoor space, resort-style outdoor living, and thoughtful amenities that make travel easy. This newly built, custom 5-bedroom home blends modern finishes with relaxed Florida living, creating a setting where guests can settle in, spread out, and enjoy time together. The walk to the beach is an easy approximately 8-minute stroll, even when pushing a stroller, and the home is conveniently located across from The Kraken Bar and Grill for casual dining nearby.

Sleeping Arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to eighteen guests with a mix of king, queen, and full beds, including a bunk room with full-over-full bunks ideal for kids or multi-family stays. The primary suite on the main level features a king bed, walk-in closet, work station, Roku TV, blackout curtains, and an ensuite bath with a double vanity and upscale tile shower. Additional bedrooms offer comfortable layouts, soft linens, ceiling fans, and easy access to the home’s shared baths.

Parking is available for up to four vehicles. Please park in the driveway directly in front of the home. Garage access is not available.

Pool heating is $75 a day. Please let us know 24 hours in advanced if you`d like the pool heated.
