Nestled in the heart of Alton, Missouri, this beautifully restored 1946 plantation-style home offers a romantic and serene retreat. The H.D. Franks Guesthouse features four bedrooms—two with king beds and two with queen beds—perfect for couples, families, or small groups.
Guests can refresh and unwind in any of the four bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub or shower. With its peaceful atmosphere and timeless charm, this space invites you to relax, recharge, and enjoy the slower pace of the Ozarks.
Coming into town after floating the Eleven Point River or hiking the rolling hills nearby? Return to the H.D. Franks Guesthouse to rest and restore. The entire home is available to book, or guests may reserve individual rooms. As a boutique micro-hotel, we offer private, secure rooms for those who prefer not to book the full house.
