As you enter the home, you’re welcomed into a bright, open-concept living room and kitchen area. The main floor includes two spacious bedrooms—a queen primary suite with a private bathroom and an additional full bedroom. Just off the living area, there’s also a versatile room with an accordion door featuring a queen pull-out sofa, allowing it to function as a private sleeping space. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the living room.

Through the kitchen, you’ll find stairs leading to the lower level, which offers a king bedroom, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a cozy game area. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy a cocktail, take in the peaceful surroundings, or play yard games in the spacious outdoor area.

For your comfort and safety:

Emergencies: For urgent issues such as floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups, maintenance is available 24/7.

Non-Emergencies: For general issues, maintenance is available daily from 9 AM – 6 PM and will be addressed the following day if it is after 6pm.

🌿 Regular Operations During Your Stay:

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.

❄️ Snow Removal Notice:
Our plow service works diligently around the clock to clear driveways and keep the property accessible. Please keep in mind that they service multiple homes in the area, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if there’s a short wait during heavy snowfall.
