Ce condo est situé sur la plage, avec une belle vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon. Le balcon donne également sur la grande piscine côté plage. L'unité a 1 chambre au 5ème étage, avec un lit queen size et une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD intégré. Le canapé-lit est situé dans la tanière. La tanière dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat ainsi que d'un lecteur DVD et d'une table et chaises pour 4 personnes. Teri aime cuisiner, donc la cuisine est équipée de tous les ustensiles et appareils dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont de nouveaux appareils. L'unité est à distance de marche de grands restaurants et bars. Vous voudrez revenir!

Relaxing getaway

Everything was wonderful except there was food and dirt in the sofa bed. The sheets smelled unwashed but was an easy fix. Otherwise, great stay!

Loved it!

This condo was perfect for just the two of us. The location was great as it was near the main roads and within walking distance of many things. View from balcony was amazing!! Fully stocked and furnished with what we needed. Would stay there again!

We enjoyed our accommodations very much! The condo was perfect for us Garbage man every morning at 4 30am was disappointing but I realize that cant be helped. Perfect location, can walk to just about every where you needed to go. Will diffently go back.

Great location

We spent a Sunday through Friday in the month of July. We decided to celebrate my husband’s birthday with our 2 kids ( 12 and 8) in gulf shores. The condo is very cute and had all the amenities we needed. The garbage shoot is right down the hall and it is also located right next to the elevators. Communication with owner was good and no issues checking in. The beach view is priceless. The facility has an ice machine on ground floor, two grills, 3-4 picnic tables, a pool, good surveillance and it is located in the perfect spot! Get to all the local favorites in just minutes. You could even walk if you wanted.

Exactly as expected; Wonderful vacation

We stayed here for our family vacation this year. It’s located on the beach with private access. It was never overcrowded and clean. The pool is nice and there is a wonderful shaded area with picnic tables and grills. The condo is nice and furnished with everything we needed- plenty of kitchen items to cook, a washer and dryer, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. We had a wonderful week!

Loved our stay, only issue I had is the windows on the water side didn’t have any curtains so it was bright for whoever sleeps on the sofa bed. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Great location with a misleading property discription

I wouldn't call this a one bedroom. There is no wall or door separating the bed from the rest of the space. Also there are no curtains covering the beach facing windows, so if someone is sleeping on the pull out couch, they will be awoken very early. Also, the window by the bed did not block out the hallway light. The biggest surprise was I had to buy a $50 parking pass, which was not mentioned in the listing. I purchased this which included my car tag, but still had to go to a different building to get a parking pass. Despite a great location within Gulf Shores, I would not stay here again.

Just okay

Not the idea place to stay for us. Probably won’t stay there again. Not very roomy at all with too open a concept. (Prefer doors in a bedroom). It was very clean and great view of the beach. If you aren’t going to stay in your room for long periods it would be okay.

Best Beach Vacation Ever

My girls and I booked this property, I wanted them to experience ocean front at least once, with the experience of waking up and seeing the waves and saying good night to them. We absolutely loved it! The condo was fabulous! We felt safe! Plenty of other families there that my kids made friends with! The location was great, we felt safe walking too the hangout and the shops at night. The owner communicated very well with the questions we had before we got there, check in went smooth. The condo had everything we needed, too bad I found the condiments cabinet right before we left, but we'll know better next time. The only thing I wished we had was a beach umbrella. But we were directly in front of where they do parasailing and the banana boat, so my girls loved watching those and we even paid for a banana boat ride. I really hope we get to stay here again, Thank you for helping us make the family memories!

Great location and access to beach

On the positive side the unit was very clean and updated with very nice kitchen area. The balcony provides for a great view and access to the beach was excellent. Easy access to stores and restaurants. On the negative side the room was not clean and available at 4:00 as noted in the contract. Owner was not receptive to the issue and would not take responsibility for the situation that had risen, leaving us sitting in the parking very frustrated after a long trip. He should have helped to resolve the issue but instead said that "I am 200 miles away. What would you like me to do about it?" In addition, the elevator can be heard throughout the day and night in the unit. There were no beach chairs so we could not sit at the beach. There was no door to the bedroom which did not allow for privacy.

My first bad review, but I want to be honest and fair.

First the bad...Arrived exhausted yet excited to start our annual girls trip. We are 3 professional women in our late 40's and look forward to this every year. Arrived at exactly 4:00pm walked in and the room was a mess! Shocked, we called the emergency number and talked with Joel the owner. I do believe this was out of his control and genuinely an accident, but he was so rude and condescending. He had someone show up around 7pm and it took about an hour for them to "clean" which meant we had to just sit on the porch until then which ruined our first night! We requested compensation for that night and the cleaning fee since we had started cleaning. The owner did compensate us but added that he overcompensated us for a minor set back. You all decide. The consumer already gets cheated out of a full day by not getting to check in until 4pm so being cheated out of that time felt like a really big deal for only a 3 night stay to us! I will say even after cleaning, I wont say is filthy, but the condo is dirty. The shower had hair in the drain, build up on the walls, the back of the door and walls covered in dirt and dust, under the bed had garbage bags of linens, trash and dust bunnies. Dishes had lip prints and dried coffee on the rim of mugs. Pillow cases of dirty linens stuffed under the bar top counter. The wall under the counter had food and spills on it, The furniture fabric needs steamed cleaned. Microwave was clean on the outside but had opened bags of food in it.

Joel & Teri purchased this unit in 2003 as a vacation get-away. They live in Alabama and enjoy being a short drive from the white sandy beaches. Both work full-time. They one son and one daughter, and have 7 grandchildren.
