Thank you for your feedback, even though we respectfully disagree with several of the statements made and wish these concerns had been communicated during your stay rather than after departure. We pride ourselves on being responsive hosts and would have gladly addressed any questions regarding supplies, property operations, or accommodations had we been given the opportunity. Many of the items mentioned, including trash bags, paper products, house information, and property guidelines, are provided and referenced in the house manual and welcome materials. The property is a legally permitted two-family home, and the individual observed on the property is part of the maintenance team responsible for exterior upkeep and guest support, as disclosed in our listing. Likewise, we have never received reports of individuals sleeping at the nearby gas station and cannot verify that claim. While we cannot control the actions of previous pet owners in the designated pet relief area, we make every effort to maintain the yard and exterior spaces. The driveway comfortably accommodates standard and larger commercial vehicles and has served many guests without issue. We genuinely wish you had reached out during your stay so that we could have clarified concerns, answered questions, and ensured a more enjoyable experience. In fact, many guests have called, FaceTimed, and complimented our communication, cleanliness, and hospitality in their reviews.
