Guest will have access to the whole unit during their stay
We are just a message away for any questions during the stay
- Strictly no parties/events allowed at our place
- No smoking inside the unit
- Guests responsible for their consumables once initial reserve provided is consumed.
***There will be a $350.00 CAD security deposit. This is not a charge but a temporary hold on your payment method, and it will be released within 5 to 7 days after checkout as long as no damage occurs during the stay.
HOUSE RULES:
âą Below conditions will also be shared in a secure link with guests post booking confirmation to read and agree.
âą No smoking allowed. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and `de-smoking` of the house/unit.
âą Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.
âą Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation. Any unregistered visitors will be charged $50/person/night for the full reservation.
âą Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM.
âą If the neighbors are disturbed, host reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.
âą Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time
âą Pets are welcome (only if included in reservation), however
o Strictly no pets on any furniture. $200 deep cleaning fee for violating house rule.
o Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets.
o Guest to get own dog bed & bowls and immediately clean/pick up any waste by pets.
