• You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made.
• Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 passes per reservation. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk once you complete the online registration.
Things to know
• Please note that we don't provide beach towels.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
Ongoing Construction Notice:
• Please be advised that a roof renovation project is taking place from January 1 to March 1. During this period, guests may experience loud construction noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo- Known as "The Little Zoo That Could," this charming zoo offers animal encounters and a chance to see a variety of wildlife up close.
• Waterville USA- A water and amusement park featuring water slides, a wave pool, and a lazy river, as well as amusement rides and mini-golf.
• Fort Morgan Historic Site- Discover the rich history of this 19th-century fort, which played a significant role in the Civil War. Explore the museum and enjoy picturesque views of Mobile Bay.
