1) This listing accommodates up to 12 people.
2) Guests must be 25 or older to book. Rental Agreement & Security Hold: Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
3) A guidebook with local recommendations can be found in a binder near the upstairs living room fireplace.
4) Visitors are not allowed unless you receive prior approval from the host.
5) Outdoor lights must be turned off by 1 AM per Galena Territory Association (GTA) rules. Failure to do so may result in a $150 fine per occurrence.
6) The home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with a contracted snow plower. However, winter weather can be unpredictable, so we strongly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles or chains during the winter.
7) The property is equipped with advanced security features, including Schlage smart locks and a Ring camera, which monitors the parking area and driveway. There are no cameras elsewhere on the property to ensure your privacy.
8) Please note there are a few steps leading to the front door. Guests are kindly asked to use caution when entering and exiting the home, especially when carrying luggage or during wet conditions. We appreciate your attention to safety.
9) We are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnarounds.
10) Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather. To protect your trip, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
11) For days without same-day turnarounds, early check-ins and late check-outs are available at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2-4 hours, and a full day's rate for over 4 hours.
12) Please note that for cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a Stripe card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total refund.
