House Rules:
1. Parking is allowed only in the circular portion of the driveway for one-way entry and exit.

2. The AC is set at 75°F and must remain at this setting.

3. The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. All guests must be named on the reservation and agree to the House Rules.

4. No parties or events are permitted.

5. No smoking of any kind inside or on the property.

6. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No excessive noise at any time.

7. No guests of guests are allowed at any time.

8. Furniture may not be moved, and no property or household items may be removed from the home.

9. Guests must clean up after themselves and keep the home free of food scraps.

10. Trash is located in the alley behind the house:

Blue barrels: Recycling

11. This is a Florida home. All food must be stored in the refrigerator. Do not leave food out to avoid pests.

12. Do not overload the washer or dryer with blankets or bulky items. Laundry machines are not for commercial use.

13. At checkout, please leave the home as you found it. Remove all trash to the barrels, strip used sheets and pillowcases, and place used towels in the laundry area. Excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.
