■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Deposit: 30% of base rental rate at booking, plus $99 USD administration fee and $45 USD accidental damage insurance
Balance: Remaining 70% plus applicable tax, due 60 days before arrival. Full payment required for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.
Date changes: Modifications made up to 30 days before arrival carry no change fee, subject to availability. Funds are otherwise non-refundable.
Travel insurance: Strongly recommended. We don't sell it — we encourage guests to arrange independently before travel.
Payment: Visa, Mastercard, or bank wire transfer
Booking confirmation: Digital rental agreement and ID verification required

· Do I need a car? Not at all. Solana is located in one of Huatulco's most walkable neighbourhoods, with Chahué Beach, cafés, restaurants, shops, and Chedraui grocery store all within easy walking distance. Taxis are also readily available should you wish to explore further.

· Are there restaurants nearby? Yes. Solana is surrounded by a variety of cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, a wine shop, and everyday conveniences, making it easy to enjoy Huatulco without venturing far from home.

· Is it good for long stays? Yes. Solana is an excellent choice for extended stays thanks to its walkable location, shared pool, and easy access to groceries, restaurants, and everyday essentials.

· Is there construction nearby? Solana is a new and growing development, and nearby construction may occur during daytime hours. Please contact our team before booking if this is a concern, and we'll be happy to provide the latest updates.
