Villa Ocean View Residence 1034 is a bright and spacious retreat designed for comfort, style, and total relaxation. Its open layout seamlessly connects the interior with the outdoors, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean Sea from nearly every corner of the villa.

The living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating, modern furnishings, and large doors that open directly onto the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven, microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher — everything you need for preparing meals while enjoying the sea breeze.

The villa features three elegant bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort. The master bedroom is located on the terrace side and offers direct access to the pool area, along with a private bathroom featuring a rain shower, sink, and toilet. The two additional bedrooms are located at the front of the villa and share a modern bathroom with a rain shower and toilet.

Outside, the spacious terrace is the heart of the villa. Here, guests can relax in the lounge area, sunbathe on the comfortable loungers, or dine al fresco while taking in the panoramic sea view. The private pool provides the perfect spot to cool off during sunny afternoons or to watch the sunset reflected on the water.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.
At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
