Villa Sea Breeze is an exclusive oceanfront retreat located within the prestigious Coral Estate on Curaçao. Currently undergoing an impressive expansion and luxury upgrade, this stunning villa will reopen in January 2027 as a spacious five-bedroom property accommodating up to 10 guests. Designed for families and groups seeking privacy, comfort, and unforgettable Caribbean views, the villa combines elegant modern design with exceptional outdoor living.

Set directly on the waterfront, Villa Sea Breeze offers uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea, a private beach, and breathtaking sunsets from nearly every corner of the property. The villa’s bright and contemporary interior features calming neutral tones, large windows, and seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces that create a relaxing tropical atmosphere.

The spacious living area opens directly onto the oceanfront terrace, where guests can enjoy panoramic sea views, refreshing ocean breezes, and complete tranquility. The villa’s expanded layout includes five beautifully designed bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for every guest.

The new master suite offers a king-size bed, premium bedding, air conditioning, direct terrace access, and spectacular ocean views. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a rainfall shower, stylish vanity, and a separate toilet room. Guests can also enjoy a unique outdoor bathroom with a bathtub and outdoor shower surrounded by tropical greenery.

The second master bedroom also features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace with stunning sea views. The third bedroom includes a king-size bed, modern en-suite bathroom, and a bright, spacious atmosphere. The newly added fourth bedroom offers flexible twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, while the fifth bedroom features a comfortable convertible sofa bed and access to a shared bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.

The villa’s brand-new open kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and Nespresso machine. Large sliding doors connect the indoor living space to the outdoor dining terrace, creating the perfect setting for relaxed Caribbean meals with family and friends.

One of the highlights of Villa Sea Breeze is the spectacular outdoor living area. The newly expanded L-shaped infinity pool overlooks the Caribbean Sea and connects beautifully with the spacious terrace and lounge areas. Coral Estate itself offers 24-hour security, a luxury spa, a dive center, a bakery, and excellent restaurants such as Karakter and rooftop bar Koraal. Nearby you will find some of Curaçao’s most beautiful beaches: Playa Porto Marie, Cas Abao, and Daaibooi.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.
At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
